Level A2
Designed for completing straightforward tasks. This level focuses on basic guest interaction, such as greeting customers, managing hotel check-ins, providing general service information, and assisting with client needs. Mastering foundational vocabulary and phrases ensures confident, clear communication.

Level B1
This level builds on existing language skills, enabling learners to handle more complex tasks, such as taking phone inquiries, resolving basic guest issues, and participating in daily operations. The course introduces industry-specific terminology, helping improve service quality and communication efficiency.

Level B2
For those ready to confidently handle complex communications, this level covers conducting professional conversations with clients, resolving conflicts, preparing proposals and reports, and managing customer expectations. Learners will also deepen their understanding of hospitality culture and specialized terminology.

Level C1
Aimed at high-level professionals, this level prepares learners for managing complex and high-stakes tasks. Suitable for managers and executives who need to lead teams, develop service strategies, negotiate with partners, and organize large-scale events. The curriculum includes masterclasses from industry leaders, advanced problem-solving exercises, and training in modern hospitality management techniques.
